Why we lead with the numbers
Grow lights are advertised with an equivalent wattage that no meter would agree with. Actual draw, spectrum and the height the coverage was measured at are the honest numbers, and they are the ones left off the box.
The fix is unglamorous: put wattage, spectrum and coverage area on every product page, and say out loud what a grow light can and cannot do. That is what this shop is.

Wattage, spectrum and coverage area — as the maker publishes them. Where a figure is not published we leave it blank rather than estimate it.
Checked before it is packed
During the 1 to 2 business days handling window every order is opened and checked against the order, and the fixture ships with the diodes faced inward and the driver boxed separately so its cable cannot press on the panel.
Honest about what is normal
We say up front that a warm housing, audible fan noise on higher settings, and flicker if the light is put on a dimmer switch it was not made for — so a normal first day is not mistaken for a defect.
What we will not claim
No six-month or manufacturer warranty of our own, and no promise a grow light does something it cannot. Unless a product page lists it in the box, we do not supply a grow tent, ducting and any plant, and we say so before you pay.
Our story
The shop grew out of selling indoor growing kit in Jaipur. The same two disappointed buyers kept appearing: the one who bought on a photograph and got a size or capacity that did not suit, and the one who assumed something was included that never is.
Selling online removed the chance to put the thing in someone hands and let them judge it. So the specification had to carry that weight instead, and the packing had to carry the goods: the fixture ships with the diodes faced inward and the driver boxed separately so its cable cannot press on the panel.
How we work, in practical terms
- Online only. Calvera Forum runs entirely online, with no shop or showroom. Orders are dispatched from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- Shipping. Free at ₹2,999 and above; flat ₹99 below that. Handling 1 to 2 business days, then transit 3 to 9 business days.
- Returns. 7 days from delivery on unused goods in the original packaging, refunded within 10 business days.
- Payment. UPI or Cash on Delivery, in Indian rupees. No cards, no PayPal, no stored payment details.
- On arrival. Check the carton before signing, film the unboxing, and report any damage within 48 hours.
